Precast Concrete Grease Traps

Waste from restaurants such as fats, oils, and grease will endanger the operation of sanitary sewer systems, by clogging, unless preventative measures are taken; and this is where the precast concrete grease trap (sometimes called an interceptor) comes in to play. The grease trap will remove these harmful byproducts to levels which are acceptable before discharging the contents of the grease trap into the sewer system.
