Project Description:
I-95 Express Phase 2 is a 13-mile long project that extends High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes from the Golden Glades Interchange in northern Miami-Dade County to Broward Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Single High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes will be converted into two express lanes in each direction. The project will include improvements to the Ives Dairy Road interchange. FDOT estimated that the job will take about two-and-a-half years and cost about $106 million.
Evercast manufactured and installed 6 miles of Barrier (Easi-Set) and K Barrier Wall to I-95. Seminole will be involved in the relocation and removal of the Barrier Wall as well.
